Abstract

In this methodology review we have briefly discussed both the theory and practice of randomization in clinical trials. Necessity, principals, definitions and classifications along with the current contraversies are presented. Practical notes on the methods and procedures of randomization in clinical research with with particular focus on sfotware+aided randomixation is provided and the review is ended by a section on reporting the randomization in clinical trials.
